The library is making it easier now for beginners to use the web, with its free Basic Internet sessions designed to help people learn fundamental skills for surfing. Mary Anne Franco provides the hands-on instruction in two sessions on Tuesday, June 3, from 6:30–8 p.m. and again on Thursday, June 5, from 12:30-2 p.m. with the same material covered in both classes. Computer skills are not essential. Advance registration is required because the classes are limited to 10 students each in the computer lab. To register for the classes: www.wiltonlibrary.org/events or call 762-3950.

To use the One Stop self-check station, patrons must use their library card, or have the library card barcode handy, and their PIN number, which is the last four digits of their telephone number.
